Your Wine Tasting Experience

Your tasting experience unfolds naturally, shaped by the moment, the light, and the rhythm of the winery. Sometimes we pause in the cellar to share how our wines are made; other times, the conversation begins directly among the vines, where the sea breeze and the landscape set the tone. Nothing is scripted — the experience grows organically, just like the wines.

You will explore five wines that reflect the character of Paros: whites, rosés, reds, and our naturally sparkling pét‑nat. Each glass opens a window into the island’s volcanic soil, its salty winds, and the choices that guide our winemaking. We take the time to answer questions, exchange stories, and create a moment that feels personal and unhurried.

To accompany the tasting, we prepare small bites from our garden or from trusted Cycladic producers — simple, local flavors that highlight the wines and the land they come from.

You are free to choose how you wish to enjoy this moment:

• a large shared table, ideal for meeting fellow travelers,
• or a private table, just for you or your group, for a more intimate experience.

The tasting usually takes place outdoors, surrounded by the vineyard with a peaceful view of the sea. And if the weather turns unpredictable, we have sheltered spaces that allow you to enjoy the experience comfortably, even on a rainy day.
