Our Story
In 2019, we left Nantes — our jobs, our routines, our comfort — to follow a feeling: that this Cycladic island could become our home for wine.
Here, the sun strikes differently. The northern wind sculpts the vines with precision. The soils — granite, gneiss, marble, iron-rich sands — form a geological mosaic found nowhere else. Raw, vibrant, and beautifully wild… exactly what we were looking for.
We planted our first vineyards in 2020, then ventured into the mountains to work with old parcels cultivated by farmers who still honour traditional practices: no pesticides, tillers and pickaxes, hands in the soil. Everything here breathes authenticity.
In 2021, our first natural wines were born: indigenous yeasts, ageing on lees, no fining, no filtration, only a whisper of sulphur. Wines without compromise — bright, saline, alive with the energy of the Aegean.
Myrsini is more than a winery. It is a life shift, a vision, a signature: living wines, shaped by the island and revealed by our hands.
